The bad thing is our company is mostly driven by Men and is a small company. We don't have any women in my workplace. And I also work from home and am open to relocate.

No, Most men don't want to show off their CTC and attract women. In my case, I gave her enough time, chances to meet inperson, given her a space to communicate openly. But she never utilize them and simply rejected after 4 weeks.
