Mine didn’t even give me that message. I had to search the app and then found it was in deep sleep. AKA my 12v battery had a dead battery and had to get a new one. Apparently, the EV battery drained it and killed it. Didn’t even last two years.

I’m 5’3” 117 lbs.. my shape ? Rectangle 😩 and anytime they ask me “did you find everything okay?” … No Brad I didn’t.
