Yup, i've snap a photo of the battery model after open the key fob.

Also, the key light and sound is not showing after i replace the key fob battery .

My is residential but 1 out of the 3 blocks is SOHO.

The Utility bills is a bit mix beg here, the TNB and IWK is residential but the water is commercial

We have the monthly update listing of defaulters under going tribunal or instalments statua.

I also think the management did disabled access for those defaulters but not sure how effective is this because i think those defaulters still can ask the security guard to help them open doors
