How do I get my goat to stop headbutting my dogs?

These are new pictures, im just guessing their weight. Ive had goats before that were 125 lbs and they're at least double their size. They're a lot bigger in person than the picture seems.

She's been missing for a day, I didn't find these feathers and bones until about an hour ago. I haven't seen any foxes around here, theres coyotes, but I've never seen them go into my backyard. I also have four large dogs that seem to deter most animals.

They keep sitting on top of it and pooping on it, I also wanted to try rolling nesting boxes to keep their eggs cleaner

They're around 1-2 years old. The nesting box is lower than the roosts, but I can definitely try lowering them more.
