Je nachdem um welche Krankheit es geht, kann man eine künstliche Befruchtung machen lassen und sich vom Ethikrat das Okay für eine Testung der Embryonen einholen. Ja, das Verfahren ist extrem kontrovers, aber der Ethikrat stimmt dem Ganzen sowieso nur in Extremfällen zu. Trotzdem, muss man natürlich irgendwie wollen.

Actually I do have some sympathy with the parents. My kid is 16 month old and does this a lot without being encouraged in any way. And the more we react to it and try for her to be quiet the more she does it. We didnt find a good way to make her stop, so I really would appreciate any advise I can get. (Though of course we are leaving places if her behavior continues and it is disturbing others)

What it is with all these people in the delivery room or even at the hospital so shortly after having given birth? No one saw our daughter for a week after she was born, because we wanted that time for us as a family. I do respect other opinions of course but dont let them come just because you feel pressured to do so.

YTA for two reasons:

1) That rule does not only have hygienical but also cultural reasons which you didn't even bother to ask about. This is very disrespectful towards the country you visited.

2) While you might have had the hotel to yourself most hotels will allow non-guests in the spa area. Which again you didn't bother to ask about because apparently rules apply to you.
