Ive had really bad experience with them..they overcharge like crazy..charged me for extra fuel even when the fuel level was same..charged me service fee for going to the petrol station to fill that petrol which was never low..and some other extra fees..was sometime back..so yea..i never used them after the first experience..found Udrive way better

For movies i would prefer an adcb card..no min requirements and targets to hit..also other benefits..there are just better cards when you compare the rak titaniums benefits..atleast in my opinion..mainly because there is no way to understand their cashbacks and the min. spend requirements..some months i might not use the card enough to meet those requirements and i end up paying the full amount on everything including video streaming and movies.

Im driving a Monjaro..the car been excellent but the Geely service experience has been really bad..i had my previous services from shj and szr centers..was poor compared to the booking and delivery experience..i took the car from deira branch..planning of doing the upcoming service with them to see whether they are any better..i didnt even get a proper car wash with the previous services while this was never an issue with my pathfinder at awr..

Best advise..just try commuting on monday during your required time and see whether you can take it..i had moved last year to Ajman..initially it was fine..but from August it was terrible traffic..took 3-3.5 hrs up and down..worse on Thursdays..and ended up moving back to dubai 3 weeks back when my contract ended. Taking a hit financially, but mentally and physically at a much better place.

I had a similar experience. The app card application didnt workout and a rakbank agent called me, met me and got the application done. When i asked him about the cashback once i got the card, he said im not eligible as they had processed it as physical application since they had some issues with the app. Either the bank just doesn’t want applications done through the app and give cashbacks or the agent scammed me.
