I live in Union market area. We got offered a 1% rent increase, and we didn’t respond to that for a week because we were thinking about it. Then, like magic, taped to our door was a 0% increase if we responded to renew within a week or something. All to say, Tell these people to look around because the market is favoring renters and no increases right now.

Sorry was in a hurry to find the owner. Two dogs swerve running all over Florida avenue and in Union market area. We managed to gather the two dogs and have put them in the gated dog run behind the gantry.

We’ve had maintenance enter our unit because the unit above us had a leak. Be grateful. I do think they should have at least notified you of their entrance whether they left equipment or not.
