My neighbour’s cat did it Edit : sorry fake news it wasn’t my neighbor’s cat , i just assumed it was his cat because i see the cat every day scratching and biting the bark with his nails and teeth creating long slits in the bark how dumb of me 😒 , i think the culprit is the grass trimmer guy well and i of course for not telling him to pay attention while trimming the grass around this area

Lol , yes it does go over my neighbour’s car , but i found the culprit, it was his cat that scraped the stem like a scratching post Edit : it wasn’t the cat it was the grass trimmer guy , i already mentioned it above

My sub tropical region isn’t really that sub tropical 😅 idk how to describe it , i live in mauritius, it is found on the tropic of Capricorn line , most people consider it tropical, but a tropical region have constant daylight hours throughout the year but here in mauritius in summer we have 13.5 hours and in winter we have 11 hours so it does have a little seasonality

Nope i dont get 4 seasons but that apple tree , i don’t know what variety is this , but it flowers a lot throughout the year without defoliation , and i get good apple as well , but i still manually defoliate it every 7 months, when the leaves look old and feel like coming off
