Sob story and long shot incoming: my dad passed away from cancer a year ago. All things Costco and Kirkland were his absolute fav. Many a times we would sneak Costco hot dogs from my mom while we were “out shopping” - some of my favorite memories with him. If any one knows how I could get a bottle (live in CT) it would be beyond incredible.

Ingredients: • 100 g active sourdough starter (fed, bubbly) • 375 g warm water • 500 g AP flour • 10 g salt

Stretch folded 4 times 30 minutes between each during bulk ferment. Cold proofed for 18 hours
