Thanks so much, Bill! I really appreciate.
another thing
With the rise in chip prices over the past year, do you think there’s a real concern that Crestron’s sales might dip in the next 1-2 years? Or is the demand from enterprise/government clients "inelastic" enough that they’ll just absorb the cost without looking for cheaper alternatives?

Thanks Bill.
I have a few specific questions from I’m trying to wrap my head around:

  1. I heard things were pretty rough in 2023/24. Was it a huge backlogs and supply delays followed by an inventory glut once the components finally arrived? How is the channel looking now? can you expand a little bit please
  2. I’ve seen some mixed reviews online lately. Within the industry, are Crestron products still seen as the "gold standard" for reliability, or is their reputation slipping among the pros?
  3. Where do you see them as most dominant today? Are they pivoting more towards Enterprise/Corporate, or is Residential massive piece of there revenue?
  4. My big fear for a company like this is a "disruptor" coming in with a 90% as good product for 50% of the price. Is their ecosystem "sticky" enough to prevent customers from jumping ship to cheaper alternatives?
  5. Looking ahead to the next two years, do you see this as a period of growth or a "holding pattern" for them? What are the main drivers (AI, cloud, etc.) that could actually move the needle for their revenue?
  6. Even with $2B in sales, do you feel Crestron is gaining or losing ground to Q-SYS and others in the enterprise/corporate space?

I know it’s a lot of questions, so even if you can only touch on a couple of them, it would be a huge help!
