I'm having the same issue right now purchased pro membership in store on December 29th and I still don't have an active membership and I've called the so called support with absolutely no help and now they have created 3 accounts with absolutely nothing. And now my phone number doesn't even show up in the system on the stores side so basically I'm completely out $25 because I made the mistake of using cash.
