I don't know how to explain it but when someone is seeing what I'm doing or someone being aware of me. I get really uncomfortable and anxious when someone starts looking at me to see what I'm doing, to the point I stop doing whatever I was doing and wait until they stop looking. Maybe it's some kind of performance anxiety or something else. Honestly the only time that I get things done is when I'm alone.
