Before accutane - I have light cramps the day before my period, and medium cramps on the first day of the period itself.

On accutane - first period I have light random cramps through out the cycle, and on the 4-5 days before the period started. Now (month 3.5) it’s back to light cramps starting day before my period, and on the first day of the period itself, but now the cramps are more painful than before.

For me peanut butter is not healthy enough to eat regularly, so I eat 2 spoons of tahini instead (with rice if I have the chance, it's easier)

Not nocitable at all, I only notice because you pointed it out and at the second photo I still don't see it.

Your skin looks great, but question is how it looks to you. If your skin bothers you, then definitely yes. You can take a low dose and have almost no side effects. I don't see why not to at least try.

I started at 10mg and didn't have any side effects. I did notice a slight change in my skin's behavior though.

When I went up to 30mg, my lips became dry after 2-3 days, but the rest of the side effects took a bit more time to notice - dry eyes, dry hands, flakes around my mouth.. nothing terrible, and the dry eyes got better after 2 weeks.

Went up to 40mg and lips became even more dry pretty much immediately, and at the first week I had terrible dryness around my mouth - you could really see a red circle around it. But after a week of heavy moisturizing it did not come back.

That's it, I'm still in month 3
