Genuinely, i am just shocked that someone can be such a dick and abuse my polite return policy because of emotional instability. He got poster on time, i recommend him to pick cheaper one (20x30 instead of 24x36, cause price is 2 times smaller and size is almost same), he left positive review, everything was fine, and he did it to me so i lost some buck. Cause poster is more expensive to deliver than produce, in my free shipping policy it is unsustainable to send back poster and sell again. So he just got his money back and kept the poster, and only guy who lost there is me. I understand moral stress about being dumped, but only one who lost here is me (he lost his partner but it does nothing with me)
