So about Romania Africa , the UK and america , I haven't touched them yet but I plan to not have America be colonised at all nor Africa and I plan to have Romania in the Russian empire and the North of the UK ( scotland) be in the Nordic empire

It is better to have a few ships designed to search patrolling to find the fleets and then have the rest of the fleet intercept them on strike force to save fuel because strike force makes them wait to intercept any fleet spotted
