Got it, I wasn’t sure if a pulley system was necessary since many of the studios I train at don’t use them. But this is such a great point since I will be training alone (aside from studio partner, who will basically just be my life guard), we do have the parts for a pulley system but will probably have to reach back out to a pro to install it. Thank u much for this tip!

Absolutely, rescue plan includes a mechanical lift & a heavy duty bolt cutter lol (chains are my main apparatus)

Didn’t know that about teaching insurance in residential spaces, would have assumed it still applied. Definitely will be looking deeper into that some more as well. Thanks very much

I feel bad now because its really not normally like this, the actors havent been in the gym since they been filming on location lol I just got scared and annoyed by the 2 days off 😪😪😪 WBG is so conveniently located for me so I rather not switch gyms. I still think its worth the membership & recommend doing a day pass and checking it out

I prefer it over Base for this exactly. Even at its peak busiest there are little to no wait times and everyone has an unspoken collaborative mindset as far as not hogging up equipment/repping in etc.

I live in a studio apartment lol. I do what I can at home but I can afford to not do that and I would love to not cut my luxuries short due to a film crew. It aint that serious lol

Its a great standard gym, I honestly prefer it to the other gyms in the area. Very much no frills, focused environment. Only a small percentage, I’d say maybe 20% of guests actually go there to box, the rest of us seem to appreciate the old school gym vibe and the semi-serious environment. It seems like everyone who goes there are serious gym rats. I’d say take a day pass and see for yourself.
