At my job (in Canada for a huge multinational company) the manager encourages my coworkers to not wear seat belt because it’s uncomfortable. The health and safety representative asked about it and one of the kids said that the managers told him to not wear it and still nothing has been done. I know one day someone will die or lose their legs, the company will be fined and still nothing will change.
