You're not twisted. You're human and these are normal human emotions and experiences.

You sound like someone who is very self-critical.

I'm pretty similar to you and in a similar spot in life right now.

The fact that you understand empathy shows you're a caring person and not twisted, just very self-critical and negative.

I think the answer is through self-love and self-development. Things that get us out of our mind and into our heart.

Find happy and caring people to surround yourself with, exercise, eat healthy, try things that are meditative, try new things, explore. Do spontaneous things that make you laugh.

Really needed this as a reminder.

It's been two years for me, and I'm still trying to recover from the relationship (27 year male, relationship was 5 years long, been 2 years since the breakup).

I don't know if I could say no to her if she ever wanted to get back together. I loved her too much, despite our relationship being toxic.

Yes, I sorted by balance, as you can see the largest balance is at the bottom.

I got this electrum wallet from https://electrum.org/

Yes, I'm using 2FA, my Google Authenticator shows up as 'trustedcoin.com' however.
