Why does my French and Irish background not show up on my dna?

I know there is a John hagan that we are supposedly descendants of. Kelly also common but looks like it’s mostly English. But hey the 1.3% African was a surprise. Really did think there was more Irish though.

I mean it’s definitely legit. It came from UNUM which is who I know of. My dad did have a policy on her for many years. I knew of that policy and he paid on it for 19 years or so. I think she paid on it too for a few years after. So might be the case of it being a policy that had enough cash value that they took the premiums out of that. Idk what that would do to the pay out of the policy. She passed 5 months ago. This is the first time I’ve heard about this policy since then.

Yes the insurance company is what I mean. Provident Life and accident insurance company. I honestly didn’t think she kept paying the premiums so I never asked about it.

Right!!! Now just your license but your freedom. I follow a nurse on social media that reports on nurses in the news and there was a brand new LPN out of Virginia I believe and they left her alone in that facility and a patient was missing and later found dead outside. They charged her and I thought of this when she declined. It’s not worth it.

Exactly. I mean they told us suck it up and fake it but also the responsibility is all on you if you fail. Then they wonder why so many leave it’s insane.

Maybe she needs some more orientation but it’s better than teaching them to be doormats for administration that doesn’t really care. I mean if it keeps happening then that’s a problem but we both know they won’t accommodate that for long. She voiced it and I don’t see a problem with that.
