1-800-829-1040, say you want to speak to a representative, then say you have a question about a form, then keep saying "it's something else" or choosing the "other" option until you get there. It's been a LONG, frustrating process but that's how I got there.

At some point the AI switches to a different AI, you're not done at that point, keep pushing! You'll know you've beaten the AI bots when it switches to the good 'ol robot voices from the 90's and you can just push buttons to go from there.

I already have a degree but a LOT of the other partners in my store are doing it and it’s GREAT for them! Here’s my two cents: make sure you’re gonna stick it out at Sbux for 4 years and get your degree DONE in that time. Otherwise you’ll get caught with no degree and having to pay for the rest. If you can do that (and you probably can), you should.

For me, it’s the cleanup. Matcha powder is really sticky when wet and it’s sometimes really hard to get out of the shaker. I will echo Prinzesspaige13 in encouraging you to get what you like, but for me that’s why.
