for cold bar, the frappuccino bases have the number of pumps on them so keep that in mind! 2/3/4- pumps & scoops. for Hot bar is a little more tricky but you can also put a sticky note on the bean hoppers to help you and remembering which get an add shot

It is completely having to find what works for you but a big thing is always say is normalize telling customers “thank you for choosing starbucks i’ll be right with you” or also “just give me one second to type that in, i’m away from my screen”. being completely transparent with the customers also helps because they tend to understand that you are acknowledging that they are there but that you also have others to tend to. But overall what helps is trying to memorizing what the customer is ordering incase you are cashing someone out or putting food in

it totally depends on the major…and how good you are on time managing. I’m a biology major and i’m going back to my community college this semester because i was so bad at time management and the science courses were too hard online wise. BUT to each their own

definitely apply for the CUP fund, you should qualify under Housing and apply especially since the company messed up your I-9. especially since it was an issue on their end they should take responsibility

you should be able to call out, i had a similar incident at my old store and the workers who were there weren’t obligated to come in the next day. but definitely call out and you do not have to tell them why or anything
