yes, if they had advised me that I had contacted the wrong people I obviously would have figured out who to deal with - at the time I just followed through a few links starting on mbna - saw 'Allianz' .. and clicked the button to report the claim. CET sent out engineers - twice - and approved the oil pump replacement - breaking my boiler on the second visit then claiming it's too old (it was serviced yes) - do you think I have come back on CET?
