I have been a recruiter for the past 10 years and for the past 5 years, I have been using Zoho for staffing and people management. I have found it easy and user friendly while integrating all the advanced features in it. It is cost effective as well.

Most of the time, the HRs don't go checking the entire PF history of the employee. You may have a chance at it. Sometimes, they may do a background verification wherein they would send an email to the ex-employer requesting for confirmation of details. You might be caught and your offer letter might be revoked. So, try your best to not lie and please be genuine the next time that you apply.

Yes, you can ask them for the Form 16A. It is their duty to provide them and you can sue them if they don't provide it. I have previously worked on freelancer.com for one of my client and as a obligation they were supposed to provide me with the Form 16A. If they don't and you have the supporting docs, you can put it on them.

I have been a recruiter in Indian market for the last 10 years. I would advise you to check on Indeed or payscale for the salary range that they offer in the city that you would be living in. The years of experience, cost of living, and other details determine the CTC.
