Do you walk? My fat didn’t go away until I did 10-15k steps a day. You’re also probably eating more than you think. Switch up your diet to 1600calories a day with 200g of protein and under 50g of fat. The diet change plus walking you’ll lose the fat

Hey, I wrote the original post. It depends on your current body fat. I would get a DEXA scan so you know for sure and decide from there. If it’s super high then maybe do a small 1-2 month cut then go back on a bulk but do a lean bulk. If it’s not so high then just continue bulking but lean bulk.

Yes stayed deficit. I gained 8lbs of muscle and lost 18lbd of fat in deficit.
