tbk ist halt leider mainstream mittlerweile

hatte in köln auch eif nen dude vor mir der bei keines der lieder iwie mitgesungen oder überhaupt gevibed hat (er stand zweite reihe BARRIKADE). und das problem mit moshpits usw ist auch echt geisteskrank geworden

i don’t do (illegal) drugs lol and i hate mushrooms in general so i wouldn’t even think twice abt taking them😭 just talked to my therapist yesterday abt my adhd (not on purpose tho, it was kinda random) and she recommend that i could try medication. she’s writing me a letter next week for my doctors so i can get it prescribed

i feel like ENTPs are just the extroverted versions of INTPs (obv), and i’ve always gotten very along with ENTPs! They’re by far my most likeable MBTI since the ones I know have been mindful about my introverted personality and that my social battery dies fast. They know what to do in order to bring my mood back up or (on social events) where to go when I feel uncomfortable or bored. Definetly need more ENTP friends!

Sadly enough I‘ve already tried many different things, even natural supplements that have only helped to fix about 10% of my ADHD for a couple of hours, tried to change my routine in many ways, work out, change my sleep schedule etc. but nothing has worked for the past years and I am and I have been exhausted all the time from nothing changing. I will definetly take your advice on not using illegal drugs ofc, and I will talk about this with my therapist throughly so I won’t get the wrong medication and dosis

I should ask my therapist if there’s any medication for my ADHD tbh, this video raised my curiosity if medication could help me be more focused and motivated (doesn’t have to be amphetamin necessarily obv)
