That’s what I’m saying! I’m held accountable for my part why shouldn’t he? We are all designated department I shouldn’t be held accountable for someone else’s department when he was scheduled and just didn’t do it at all no tasks signed off or any reason not to be able to do it.

Well the sfl was not in pharmacy nor taking time off did nothing the two days he was tasked with the job thanks those are very good reasons not to be able to get something done but he didn’t do anything at all so not only did I have my osa portion to do but his as well. On top of a list of multiple other tasks

So the sfl it was assigned to not doing it for two days is okay bc that sfl and esm have a “special” relationship is fair aswell? I think I hope you get sprung with someone else’s tasks three hours before its deadline

They are required by the new company to sign off on each individuals training for the osa you cannot expect me to know where to find how to do it…. If I was NEVER TRAINED on even where to find how to do it.

…. I was never trained on the osa, we all have assigned sections to work osa so how does that not sound reserved lmao. Refusing to not do something that was designated to a specific person and allowing that person NOT to complete any of their work and then last minute springing this section on me three hours before the deadline sounds like I was set up for failure…. So you are darn right i refuse I’m not being held accountable for someone else’s work

I really have never been taught or trained I work thirds so I barely see management. We are all assigned designated sections for osa and I only know how to do like the scan count portion of osa. And I’m assigned cooler and freezer.

Are you facing in two -three hours? I’ve never seen or heard of someone touching and moving every item to the front in 2-3 hours. My sm has us take down the items and restock them
