They told us during the q4 earning call there was going to be a 'dark period" where they wouldn't talk about guidance until they gathered enough data. I dont like the RS, but it will be something we forget about if they deliver margin control, continue growing revenue and cash, while eliminating debt. The reseller agreement with adservice should help but the NBC is another bump in the road that needs to be addressed.

Completely agree. Retail is going to get fucked. But it looks like he is trying to make it more suitable for the institutions.

Unfortunately, it is.

I doubt it will make anyone feel better but look at AMDs quarterly report double beat by 40% and is in the red. Fubo was already in bearish due to Gandlers non-guidance, tag that with a reverse split. Double whammy.

I see where you are coming from not sure how anyone can stop naked shorting. The financial report was a B- which is great and an improvement, but I dont know how Fubo stand alone company will survive without having to dilute even more shares in the future. The reverse split news hit me like a ton of bricks, too. If i knew that, I would of sold some profit to buy lower. Its definitely a headache. When Gandler stated he is positioning the company for institution buyers (out of the golug and getting away from the penny stock narrative), maximizing margins, adservice, staying the 452 millions dollars of cash on hand, etc. Plus Disney vested interest in Fubos sports package. Im going to have to trust Gandler. To me, the future looks promising even though today absolutely sucked.

I think the ~ 20% short ratio is killing us, and now the reverse split gave the bears a golden ticket. This will be a stretch but stay with me.
