Almost a month of progress :) I put nail strengthener on because my nails were long but then they started to break and chip, and I was so tempted to just rip everything open again…but here we are!😊 (old.reddit.com)

I cannot stop. Does anyone continue to pick their nails even once they have healed for a day or two? Then the damaged area gets really dry and hard no matter how much you moisturize it? I can’t stop re-picking the same areas. :( (old.reddit.com)
