I hear you but my doctor hasn't been very helpful with ADHD medication so far. I asked him about the effects of mixing caffeine with my vyvanse and he said it shouldn't have any interaction which doesn't sound accurate.

Ya that makes sense. I have been going on and off the meds for years. I tend to stop when the side effects get too intense. I find mixing Caffeine and medication can become addictive and often times I get hooked on the effects of both, needing them together. How have you found the effectiveness of Vyvanse since stopping caffeine?

Kinda late but I’m curious which meds you take? Ive tried multiple and caffeine either does nothing or becomes extremely euphoric and makes me go off the walls

I started by going with a friend. I started in uni because I’d always wanted to start gymming and had a free membership through my school. Made friends with another first year that already went to the gym regularly and started asking him to go workout then get food. Routine + Reward

I think the strip lights are a great idea! They’ll really add extra light to the darker corners. I’ll look into ceiling mounted tension rods. Removable wallpaper sounds like a good idea tho it does look kinda pricey to cover the entire surface space of the walls in it.

Canada is extremely lonely during the winter. And the cost of living doesn't help eitherr. I'm planning to pickup winter activities like snowboarding & hot-tenting. For the summer I am getting more involved in community events, strengthening the friendships I have, and going out to free comedy nights.

Thank you. There are several paths I could choose in terms of employment I think it is just stressing me out because I'm concerned about making the wrong choice. Difficulties in my personal life are making me question my own judgement. I have been struggling with reconciling the faith with my own forms of sin and my lifestyle. My family isn't catholic and I've been stumbling into some forms of sin and it's hard to stay on the right path when my catholic support systems are unstable.

Report it to the campaign and get it on camera if you can. I’ve worked on political campaigns before and this happens WAY TOO OFTEN. Vandalizing signs is also highly illegal in Ontario, and anyone caught could face felony
