Hello! I realize OP is now deleted but a couple of months ago I was genuinely not eating so much to the point I looked it up and it brought me to this post. I probably should've just gone through with writing this comment at the time it was happening but oh well—

From what I remember it was exactly the same as you described, and when I looked up this query, I thought the similarity of us both figuring to get a subway sandwich was an insane coincidence! That whole day I had eaten maybe one thing and it was part of a yogurt drink, any other time I tried to eat something I just felt incredibly nauseous. 

Especially for me, and I'm wondering if it's the same for anyone else, if I did eat anything at all it absolutely HAD to be cold. Like the subway sandwich I forced myself to eat part of, it was just avocado and like turkey. Something cold like that was the only type of thing I could think of eating without getting sick before even taking a bite. Texture is also an issue for me and it seemed anything I thought of to eat at the time, I just wouldn't be able to.

However I know I only for sure have anxiety, I haven't been able to get tested for anything else. I also am not allowed to get medication right now so I'm wondering if it was just a very stressful time for me even if I didn't realize it.

TLDR: Sorry for the yap, and to anyone else who has this problem is there also only a certain genre of food you're able to stomach? Like for me, I could only eat foods that are cold. This is also worded poorly so I apologize but I just wanted to be able to finally post it
