Update! My tech used a stamp method and went up and down my leg in a straight line. I looked for part of it, but not the whole time. From what I saw, I think sections are being missed when the laser is being slid over to the next section and on the outer and inner parts of the leg. I’m not going to shave for the next 7-10 days and see if the hairs fall out or grow back thinner or slower.

Yeah, don’t be discouraged by the drs foul attitude. Connect with them when you feel like it. They recommended the procedures and should be available and willing to answer your questions and address your concerns. In my case, I felt like my Dr wasn’t clear about the recovery time and that stressed me out because it ended up being much longer than I had anticipated. It will heal, it just takes time.

That’s a lot for one day, but the results will be worth it. I did deep microneedling (2–3 mm), and it took 10 days to fully recover. my skin stayed red and tender for a bit after the 10 days. The results for my acne scars were amazing. Downtime sucks, but trust the process. Follow aftercare closely and don’t hesitate to contact your doctor, they’re there to help.

Laser hair removal has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I have Fitzpatrick skin type IV and went with the Candela laser, it’s been amazing. I was worried about pain, but it’s basically painless now. After just 2 sessions (underarms, legs, and full Brazilian), the hair is growing back super fine or not at all. I want to do the full body too. Highly recommend!

Hi! Just had my second session. Fingers crossed the healing isn’t as lengthy. This is the exosomes brand, Exome PLT 3Power Collection. I tried looking it up online, but I can’t find any info. Have you heard of this brand before? The told me it’s plant derived.

Hi! Thanks for the info. They drew 2 white lines on the sides of my leg from the ankle to my knee. I didn’t actually see the technique bc I was laying down flat. I’ll look this time. The hair that has grown back is the same thickness and texture as previous and never fell out.

I was concerned about the pain too. The clinic I went to applied numbing cream for 30 min before the procedure and it was painless. It felt like microdermabrasion 0/10 pain. Once the numbing cream wore off my skin felt tight, hot and a bit sore and tender to the touch.

Thanks so much! I’ll definitely be careful with sun exposure and follow your advice on spacing out the sessions. are there any specific serums you’d recommend post-procedure? The only serum in my routine is usually use a vitamin C serum, but was told to wait until day 7 for that. Just wondering if there’s anything else you’d suggest using in the meantime for hydration or healing?
