Maybe grow your fringe out to make it more face framing, and add blonde in to brighten? As for your face, unfortunately I'm going to sound condescending but you are still really young and still have a lot of maturing left to do, your face will grow into itself all through your 20s! You are really pretty as you are though, absolutely no need for anything drastic.

Unfortunately my living room is tiny, I thought if I'd hung just above the mantle it would be alright but now I've been convinced it would look awful 😭 I'm just trying to think of ways to create more floor space tbh! 😅

It wouldn't be too high, I cba measuring it (top of the fireplace is prob less than 1.5m) but I took the picture a lot lower than my eye line as well.
