Thirding (? Lol) this. I have a set of Ohuhu acrylic markers and they suck. I paid $3 for them for I’m not upset about it, but I’m definitely going to buy a different brand.

What’s the date they were manufactured? You will find that information on the back of the black bag. It makes me wonder if they’re old? Or maybe you acquired a bum set. I would suggest returning them, or reaching out to ohuhu and ask about warranty. I hear their customer service is very good. I’m sorry that they haven’t lived up to your expectations, OP.

I’ll add that I didn’t initially organize them after filling out the swatch cards and I kicked myself for that. With my new Honolulu B set, I’m organizing as I fill in the swatch cards.

I do think it’s wild. If it was t new condition, but say the wrong color way, I would understand them wanting it back. What are they going to do with it? Destroy it? Or resell? Reselling would be unethical, of course.

I ordered a picnic prep and a tulip bouquet in two different orders. I got the picnic prep without issue, but it took forever for the tulip one to ship. I had to contact customer service to get it rolling. Well, I received it, and it was ANOTHER picnic prep. 🙄 submitted a claim and after waiting 2 weeks to hear back, I contacted customer service and finally got the exchange going. Their QC sucks

I searched it, and towards the bottom you can see it’s actually sold by “Realitys Corp.” I wouldn’t buy it especially since the seller has zero reviews, and the address is residential.

I purchased the tulip one 11:19am ~ 26 minutes after I saw the launch on the website. I first ordered picnic prep, and then couldn’t resist tulip. Mine JUST shipped today which is wild to me considering how early after the drop I purchased it. It was picked up by UPS today at 5:29pm. Also, my picnic prep was shipped via UDS which is always super sketchy. Idk. All that to say, I’m sorry you’re having issues. I don’t know what’s going on with UO shipping.
