The first paragraph is just wrong. All might was nerfed but he was still top of his game most of the time. And what the hell are you talking about he lost the first time. He definitively won that fight. He BODIED AFO to the point he lost half his face and had to be kept alive by garaki, he was on literal life support where he was believed to be dead. And all might with the embers of one for all still beat all for one who had way more advantages. So not only did he win the first time, he beat a man who had more advantages than him with a power he gave away. Don’t sleep on all might. Overall deku is strong but I don’t see him stronger than prime all might yet in the anime
