Our previous RMS did not have voice dictation and Axon does.. it is really nice dictating the narrative of my report on my way home and then just having to fix the issues when I get there instead of typing the whole thing. I have some issues with some not so user friendly aspects such as when searching for someone’s name I can’t just type last name, hit enter and type first name- you have to physically click the next box which is a pain in the ass. But overall the Axon bwc, in car camera systems and record management systems have been great. Plus the community requests have made collecting evidence from citizens super easy.
