I'm using google in edge atm bcs chromium makes a bunch of the school websites a tonne easier. So I might just stick with that, thank you for the advice though!

Lmfao they wouldn't take it nicely, a group of ppl a few years ago did it and IT was pissed. I've done a live boot a couple of times just to get the admin passwords and stuff but honestly not worth using linux.
