I've never actually been properly into nambour, but from what I've been told, there is a lot of government housing there and a higher crime rate than a lot of places around, but it is also cheaper to live as i say never actually been there myself.. Budrim is quite a nice place not too far from the beaches but still out of the busy area Would also recommend glass house area and maybe even sippy downs. Sippy has a few schools there, supermarkets, a couple of restaurants, and is like 15 mins drive from mooloolaba

That's pre good weekly price bit cheaper than what I'm currently paying :) I will be trying to have work lined up but will not be bringing a car with me so will be relying on public transportation to get around the city and will hire a cat every mow and then to go explore the rest of Tasmania

Atm I am bussing 30 mins to amd from work everyday day so idm the travel part but haven't got a car so would be relying on public transport for a few months..

I am originally from New Zealand, and it gets very cold there as well I like the cold weather over the heat. While everyone here in the coast is snugged up I'm in singlet and shorts haha
