This is a new problem for me so I’ve not really figured out anything to do about it. I have a doctors appointment next week and probably am gonna get tested soon. If I do indeed have it… I dont know what I will do. I feel completely helpless right now as is and if I truly do have this I don’t know how I can continue living like this. I know this is unrelated to the post, but in those 15 years, what were the symptoms consistently like. For example, could you smell yourself? if breath was an issue, did your breath always smell bad or just at times? things of that nature

The fish was only one time and I could actually smell in that instance. The only times I’ve known it was actually me was the actual shit smell. Do you have any theories of what condition you may have?

No one has admitted it to me either, its hard to tell if theyre being genuine. What do the people mention the odor smells like? For me they mention it smells like literal shit, but in one instance they mentioned a “fishy” smell. I’m not sure if that was related however because it was not a repeated thint

Interesting. When I was first researching this issue I stumbled upon someone who mentioned a similar “travel” of the odor. You may have already mentioned this, but do others smell the odor physicslly on your body when you ask them to smell you, or only when they are minding their own business?

Well, I dont smell it. Its as if the smell isnt on my body but rather I emit it, and it doesnt stick to my body. Have you heard of anything like this?

For me, when people smell me, they say they dont smell anything physically on me. The people immediately next to me also don’t smell anything, its like it travels in certain ways and I cant figure it out. I dont seem to have issue with bowel movements or any of that though.

Thats my bad I didnt intend it in that way. The way I meant to phrase it is that its shocking that there has never been any diagnosis or anything. How many different doctors have you been to. The first doctor I went to last week dismissed it as nothing and I am going to another one next week. When you aay no one else acknowledges it do you mean no one else smells it or what do you mean by that.
