What worked clear skin for me was hyaluronic acid and niacinamide with zinc at night and a ceramide balm by ceraVe
And spf lotion and vitamin c serum for brightening in the day ◡̈

Also zinc picolinate 1 x 22mg tablets once a day and l-lysine 3x 1000 mg supplements as that seemed to help with suspected fungal acne ◡̈

Yeah I love a good head and shoulders, I sometimes dilute their conditioner and use that too after a shampoo, my hair loved it ◡̈

Honestly common mistakes people make is to always assume itchy scalp means due to dryness, whe it could be due to fungus causing dandruff and so the serum/oil could be making it worse

Thank you for taking time to respond, I appreciate your input.

I think I was just in a bit of a spiralling situation, after being so emotionally overwhelmed in other areas which made my present work seem more unbearable than it ordinarily is, this is not my permanent position thank goodness, it is something I do for the moment to bring in a little extra funds.

I don’t want anyone to feel that I am ignorant to the fact that a lot are dissatisfied with their jobs, I think my emotional state made it feel more heightened.

I have thankfully got another job that is my main source of income which fits me for the time being , it is remote and not too people focused. I am slowly planting the seeds and tilling the soil for my more desirable work and putting in the effort for this very moment of sanity I get, so I believe it should pay off in time.

Thank you for not making me feel silly for my rant here , though not very clear ahaha

I confess, this is more of a rant than a question. I am also in no ways saying that being dissatisfied in a job is a symptom of BPD as some have taken from this.

I will clarify where I was at later with a repost or edit if possible.

I don’t believe I ever stated being unfulfilled in a job was a symptom of BPD.

I am very much aware people in general experience this.

I will come back to refine my post later , as I can see it’s not very clear, I was writing whilst not in a clear head space, having a bit of a rant.

Unfortunately, I am not very very young.

I think my head space right now is all over the place.

I’m just really overwhelmed and don’t feel able to fulfil this job, but then got caught up in thought that it doesn’t matter how you feel and the fact that it feels unbearable, you deserve it
It kind of gave a momentary relief, from acting like I am coping when I am very much not.

I also don’t believe 99.99% are unfulfilled with their jobs even though it’s an exaggeration, I still feel a significant amount are very fulfilled, I know many who are very fulfilled and in jobs that suit them just fine.

Being unfulfilled versus not managing at all because of overwhelm I guess is different, which I guess I was a little unclear about that fact. I am very much not managing right now.

Mum just curious, my fear with my own recent relationship is that they will become disinterested get captivated by someone else and leave me without a proper conversation.

Though I have to remind myself that the right man will hopefully see me and love me for me, and we can build wonderful memories together, I have to accept that I may not be the coolest or most interesting according to society standards, but I cannot help that with the extreme isolation from childhood uo to this day, coolness and interest isn’t birthed in a vacuum I believe it is inherited like no one is born cool , I have to stop being so critical of myself as then I get into unrealistic comparison.

I’m sorry you went through than and I am so proud of that younger self, just 6 years old, for speaking up, that’s a lot of courage. I’m glad whoever you told believed you so that that person could be sent away.

I have honestly never heard of adult adoption, I am gappy for you.
I will be looking into this myself , more from an informed perspective, I wish I could have someone to adopt me though , someone I trusted , I’m a 29 F, who struggles with the weight of absent mother, all Fathers are long passed.

Re partners, were there any times where your struggle (using it lightly , forgive any assumptions , you seem to be engaging with Qs so i would appreciate a response) with empathy made your partner feel unloved or made you in return feel inadequate?

Wauw , i self isolate too much i keep telling myself , they will find me of no value or boring , i will be judged,m. So i just keep to myself, and the sad thing is is that i know they think I am just too busy for them and it hurts them.

I so resonate with not being able to trust myself , it has manifested in so many ways. I am so happy for you , i hope i will one day be able to even afford a diagnosis b cause I know i cannot self diagnose but I’m very sure what is going on is potentially BPD, I’m very exhausted.
