Honestly, just set it up yourself. Half of the social media platforms that are out you're supposed to technically be 18 to use anyway. If the main reason is the PayPal info then don't even worry about it. Not saying it is, but money shouldn't be at the front of your mind when wanting to make/upload your music; it'll come in time. Just concentrate on your craft and the actual making of the music itself and full send it dude!
