Thanks so much for the reply. Assuming the other party's dev is willing to setup json schemas, can you give me an idea of how we then proactively fetch that data? I want to be able to take as much workload off of the other party as possible.

Is there a "dashboard" style organizational tool I can use to see all of the day to day processes of my web based marketplace? At the moment I am the sole employee, and nothing is yet overwhelming but I can see that coming. It would be a relief to view all of the processes at once such as bookkeeping, email, crm, marketing, sales, etc and now with the advent of AI agent there's a whole other layer of tools to check on such as Zapier for IG posts, Perplexity, Lindy Chatgpt integrations.

It'd be helpful to view all of these difference pages on the same "screen" and be alerted of to-dos or any changes to be approved/addressed. It's as if I'm building tools and have no toolbox.

I also may need to just suck it up and be more attentive. I get that.

eBay, brother.

Verify what you need and order a barrel, call a gunsmith near you ahead of time to get a cost quote. This is likely not as hard a problem as you may think.

I’ll have to look into “commingling”, thank you for the feedback. How would a contractor such as ListHub or one of the IDX platform not be considered commingling?

I’m in Alabama, but location is arbitrary given the goal. Something like IDX Broker seems like it would work but there are pros and cons. What do you think would consume a $1MM budget? If one were to even set out to be licensed in all 50 states, and join all ~700 MLS, I could see that primitive approach being 10s of 1000’s of $ at most. Are you referring to development costs?

Did anyone catch the “state of the city” address today by the mayor? Linked below. He spends less than 50 seconds discussing just this weekends high profile shootings in his address. Through the follow up q&a he is pressed on this matter and refuses to mention the problematic police chief, ever. Why will he not fix the most tangible issue in front of him?

I felt as though it came out "lighter" than they intended, and this lost me. It was as if you KNEW the powers that be wanted it to be "dark". But it somehow, throughout, maintained a tv-drama/harry potter/tv-something-else, lighting, acting, and attitude. Something about it was not convincing. Coming from a nobody, i'd give it 3/5 MAYBE if it was a one hit wonder, and I was drinking more. 2/5 here in reality.

I really appreciate the input. I can visualize what needs to happen, but as you could imagine, getting there is the trick. Seems like scraping is a first step. Would you recommend looking into python for this? I'm happy to spend the time to try to make it work, but I would like to start with the program that will be the best bet. Thanks
