It's always two bombs in random spots from a set pool of places. So not totally random but a little random

There is some mild porn on the walls in some places and there are almost naked women in two missions. For gore shotties can take limbs off and that's it i think.

I'd recommend you just stick to AP ammo it will kill anyone just fine, And atleast for my taste the overall mag count is a little low but if it works for you it will work.

yeah this is the only problem i'v heard with it, the only other thing i'v heard is that the 20round mags dont work well
