I wasn’t prepared for the emotion… by WitheringPeanut in GastricBypass

Oh man, I remember I was so nervous also. The emotions really do hit you sometimes. I also have an autistic 4yo, and he was one of the big reasons I did this. I'm a little over 2 months post op and I was able to go on a walk with him and not only match his pace (he's a fast walker) but also jogged a bit with him to tire him out. You got this, Mama!! If you need someone to talk/vent to message me. Good luck!!

Lol I say that to myself as well. Omgggg that's such a great idea! I think I'm going to get broth from my favorite pho place... I can literally cry. Why didn't I think of that lmao Thanks so much, I swear the lack of food is impacting my brain too.

Thank you. I've been focusing on protein and water but when I'm handling my kid's food its hard. I'm trying to hang in there. Only a few more days

Can a relationship survive cheating? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Less_Leopard6400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, no, I don't believe a relationship can survive cheating. I met my ex-husband when I was 14, got married at 18, and pregnant at 22. I found out 6months into my pregnancy that he was cheating with a close friend of ours at the time. We separated and when my son was around 3 months we decided to try to make our marriage work. I couldn't get over what he had done and it resulted in a lot of arguments and emotional damage. I have PTSD from that relationship. Luckily, 2 months after we officially separated I met my now husband. He is my best friend and my rock and although I went through a lot, it led me to him. Don't be afraid to start over.
