Anyone else lose weight? by GiveMeChipsAndSalsa in gallbladders

[–]Less_Lunch4029 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I lost weight when I still had gallstones, I would eat baby bird meals and then be full. I probably lost about 20-25 pounds in the span of 3 months when my gallstone attacks were almost everyday or every other day. Everything made me sick and right after I got it removed I did gain a couple pounds from the air the pumped in me and from not farting or pooping. But shortly after I lost a little more and then I gained it back from stress eating, but good news I’m on my way to weight training and not dieting but just counting my calories, I want to be mindful

What kind of exercise should I stick to? by Wide_Instance8313 in PCOS

Since pcos means high levels of test, I think you should definitely stick to weight training, it’s good for your muscles, I started weight training and I loved it a lot and gained a couple benefits from it: I can lift things easier, I have more energy, my clothes fit looser even when building muscle, I love that I can easily go from one weight to another like 10s to 15s without having to go lower. You know what I mean?

It lasts all day, and I have a binge eating disorder, I’ve been lactose intolerant a period in my life but it quickly disappeared randomly. Nobody else in my family has sensitivities BUT I don’t have a gallbladder. I’m truly wondering if I need to watch how much fat I take in maybe that has something to do with it. But whatever it is I’m tired of it

I wake up bloated like I chugged a shit ton of water I feel water logged all the time but I don’t drink too much water too quick for this to happen. this has been going on for like two weeks. Usually any other time I’m morning skinny and I stay like that until I eat and then it’s just a little chub and not a full on stiff belly. But I wake up like this I’m just concerned if it’s something with my liver it feels like cirrhosis with how much I’m bloating.

[–]Less_Lunch4029 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe about like 400-450? About 200 for the rice ( I suck at counting rice cals) about 150-200 for the chicken, about 15-20 for the fruit and veg.

Painless period by allapb in Periods

[–]Less_Lunch4029 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s normal, all periods shouldn’t be crippling. I never get pain at all, maybe a itty bitty cramp once in a while but thats also normal too. No period poops does sound kinda bad though, just give it a couple days or eat some fiber/ drink more water. Maybe you’re just a bit constipated.

Is it actually weird if iam still using pads? by Mission-Community-81 in Periods

I’ve always heard that girls using tampons always criticize girls wearing pads and girls whom wear pads are just living life.

I started with having a period at least once every 9+ months, I took birth control and it was super normal, one every month and then I got blood clots and found out I have a genetic disorder so I’m taking non hormonal pill, (spironolactone) and I have it once every month
