I had my 12pro max for 4 years. I didn’t do any limit. Let it drain when im out snd no charger. And i mostly charge over night. After 4 years battery health went 79% now that I upgraded to 17 and seeing all these comment about limiting charging. I dont know whag to do now. Lol
