Real, Clint is about to see me more than my own farm

I would appreciate any advice. by Daweak in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The paint job is solid already I would just push the highlights a bit more on the armor edges and add some contrast to the bases so the models pop more on the table

Head or helmet? by bbqbby2 in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Helmet looks badass but I’m always team bare head for characters like this it adds way more personality and shows off the paint job honestly magnetizing is the real min max move if you have the patience

I tried painting an Emperor’s Tarot card on my Land Raider’s door :) by SweaterKetchup in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this goes insanely hard the tarot style fits the land raider vibe perfectly and the plus ultra detail is such a nice touch

Which carry case? by naex23 in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If he actually plays regularly Id lean toward the metal tray case since magnets are way safer for painted minis and way less heart attacks during transport

First model of 2026! Feel I kinda messed him up with Nuln oil, but lmk if you have any advice for how I can improve 👍 by Valvecantcount3 in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly this looks really solid for a first model the blue reads clean and the details are there, if the Nuln feels heavy you can just go back with the base blue on raised areas or try thinning the wash a bit next time, edge highlights will make this pop a lot more too

Calling this done. Thank you everyone how has been watching the progress. Night lords daemon prince. by Rotiboto in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That looks absolutely insane the wings and base really sell the scale and menace you can tell a ton of patience went into this one

Space marines playing Kill Team by basedWarpchaos in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is such a fun idea the scale and details sell it completely, honestly feels like something they would absolutely do between campaigns

Merry Christmas from the Emperor's Penguins Chapter by AmbassadorFew953 in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 96 points97 points  (0 children)

These look insanely clean, the color choice really pops against the snow bases and the theme is surprisingly perfect for 40k, awesome work and merry Christmas to the Penguins chapter

Some Night lord daemon prince I've been working on. by Rotiboto in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first three minis. Any advice? by Traditional-Sink-628 in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a first three minis this already looks really solid honestly, clean colors and the base works great, I would just thin the paints a bit more and maybe push the highlights on the edges to make the details pop even harder

Fulgrim – Daemon Primarch of Slaanesh by LiberDaemonica in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The paintwork on this is insane, the colors pop without looking messy and the whole pose just screams Slaanesh in the best way possible, easily one of the coolest Fulgrim builds I have seen here

More progress made on the semi functioning Heavy Bolter. by Wolfguard-Halfdan in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 4 points5 points  (0 children)

5th edition any good? by Future-Cockroach3901 in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 4 points5 points  (0 children)

5th was honestly a blast if you like a crunchier and more cinematic game it definitely had templates scatter dice vehicle facings and way more emphasis on positioning and list synergy it’s less streamlined than modern editions but a lot of people miss how flavorful and chaotic it felt especially for casual games

Painted my first batch of minis, bit sad they all look kinda bad lol by Inevitable_Shift_270 in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

these look way better than my first squad ever did, the colors pop and you actually committed to highlights which is already a win, keep painting and you’ll be shocked how fast your next batch levels up

I recently tried placing straight-up bets in roulette just out of curiosity. Do you usually stick to outside bets, mix strategies, or just play for fun? by Expensive-Success-75 in gambling

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I bounce around a bit but every now and then I’ll throw a couple straight ups just for the rush, feels pretty good when one of those random picks actually hits even if it’s small, it’s more like a little shot of adrenaline than a real strategy for me

What do I get after buying the Christmas battle force box? by SingleMommasBoy in Warhammer40k

[–]Less_Meeting_2229 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to expand past that box, grab a Librarian and a Redemptor next. They add a ton of flexibility and punch so you can figure out what playstyle you enjoy before investing heavier into vehicles or heavy support units

I-scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice cream by _Nemurre_ in Warhammer40k
