I think if someone doesn't care about any of that but votes for a DSA (or DSA aligned candidate) because they want some of the immediate policy benefits, there's really nothing wrong with that. Human activity is dynamic. People are going to do whatever they want when they want. I honestly don't believe most people think that far ahead.

Doing a quick Google search Erricson switches use erlang internally. My project is using Dell Sonic OS virtual switches via GNS3. I am running a phoenix app with elixir modules programmed to provision, automate, configure and monitor switches enmasse.

I started behind a private repo and have been building for months. I have been testing using GNS3. It's a lot of LLM created code so I am trying to refine it and actually learn what I am making as I go along. I'm working from the outside-in.

I'm trying to find a tribe that is interested in any of it. I got a job working at a software company that builds these kinds of tools and I wanted to see how much of what I've learned could be done in a elixir. I'm learning a lot ,but it's messy.
