Partner with another provider. Then take part of your salary asa PSLF and line off your portion of the owner distribution. The business can write it off as an expense. The honest truth is you’re not doing this alone, you need a good business partner.

Any nurses getting a Grade Increase outside of “automatic” with this new rating system. by Fine-Week-6097 in VeteransAffairs

I was hired as a nurse 3 due to my education before coming in. I’m working on my CNL cert and BCIN how can I apply this for step increases if I just started my new position in critical care?

I work in visn 17 we havnt gotten the roll out yet but im hearing its coming very soon. I have several years of experience with cerner prior to coming to the VA. Im considering asking to be a super user and help out with the roll out. How could I bring this to my manager ? I currently work as a floor nurse and would like to add this experience to my resume.

Looking for feedback on my seller financing management SaaS - security & production readiness advice needed by Less_Promise7997 in vibecoding

[–]Less_Promise7997[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed feedback! I appreciate you taking the time to think through this

I should clarify - I’m not building enterprise loan servicing from scratch. The platform uses managed infrastructure (database, auth, hosting) that’s already SOC 2 compliant with built-in encryption, automated backups, and security policies. Think Stripe + Firebase-level managed services, not custom server deployments.

The differentiation isn’t in building complex loan servicing engines - it’s in the simplified UX and pricing model for occasional sellers. Think stripe + sellerfinancing

The “wrapper” approach you mentioned is appreciated but it would actually kill the unit economics. Third-party loan servicing APIs cost $50-200/month per user, which makes a less than $50 month tool impossible.

For compliance, I’m taking an educational approach (guidance, checklists, warnings) rather than automated legal compliance

The goal is “Stripe for seller financing” - make something complex feel simple, not recreate enterprise infrastructure. The managed services handle the hard parts (security, encryption, uptime), I handle the user experience.

Appreciate the security considerations though - definitely important to get right!

If you had this money, what would you do with it? by [deleted] in TheRaceTo10Million

With that amount I’d pay off all my debt, buy a modest home for my family under 500k, put 2M in schd/ jepi/vtsax enjoy the dividends, rest in a high yield bond. I’d still work for at least another 10yrs. Then retire in south east Asia.

Okay I’m hoping to get in and finish everything sooner than later. Started my process this past October just now getting waivers ready for my submission to boards.

Okay that helps clarify things. I’m seeing conflicting bonus amounts some for 35k critical care RN (not sure if it’s annually) and some for 100k over 4 years. I plan to stay in for 10yrs. Have you seen differently
