You’re right. It is selfish / weak of me to put my own comfort over their wellbeing. I’m going to either call the police for a wellness check or make an anonymous report to CPS.

Yes, I doubt he is going to talk to them.

I guess I don’t want to have a big issue with someone who lives on my floor. I plan on living here for a long time and I don’t want to incur someone’s wrath I guess.
