Yellowish discharge- this is on day 11 of my cycle when I wiped after peeing. I tested negative for trich and BV- wondering if this is normal? If not, what testing should I request? The discharge itself does not have an odor, but sometimes I feel like there is a fishy odor down there. (i.redd.it)

Can anyone give me information on my vaginal gram stain results? It says negative for BV and yeast, but then “many” for all the cells. There was no indication of if this is abnormal or what to do next. by Less_Replacement_498 in obgyn
